Our company is a fully-licensed and insured catering business that operates out of a commercial kitchen at 5755 Mountain Hawk Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95409. Due to the nature of our selections, health regulations do not recommend leaving our products at room temperature longer than 2 hours. Please note that we use ingredients that include cured and uncured meats, unpasteurized cheeses, and other products that may affect those with dietary restrictions.
